Unique Rewards is one of my favorite survey sites.  They offer all kinds of ways to get paid, from reading emails to taking surveys.  Ive earned the most money clicking through to the email ads theyve sent me.  They offer fairly good rewards for completing easy tasks. 
Unique Rewards pays you by check or through Paypal, and even starts you out with $5.00 just for signing up.  They also offer $1.00 or $2.00 for each friend you refer to there site.  So if you have a HUGE amount of friends, on lets say, Facebook you could really bring in the dough!

American Consumer Opinion

American Consumer Opinion is one of the bigger names in the online survey market. This site has a great track record on my survey checklist.  They offer a good amount of regular survey oppurtunities, and the reward amount for completing each survey is worth the time each one takes.

Ability to read, write and speak English

1)Answer as many personal questions in the application as possible. The more these companies know about you, the more often you will qualify and be invited to participate.



2)Do your best to answer honestly! These companies have extensive experience in working with participants and will eliminate people who lie on their applications and evaluations. Trying to "beat the system" will only hurt your chances of qualifying.

This is one of the more popular survey/ get paid to sites.  I?ve been a member for a while now, and just received a payment.  Honestly, the amount they pay you for surveys sucks, but they send a lot of " get paid to read " emails, that if you dont mind clicking each one, does add up. 
The cash out amount is set to $20.00, which isn't hard to reach.  I probably would have been paid out much sooner but I was on a long quest..lol..of sorting out the sites that REALLY pay, and the ones that make you run around in circles. (HENCE, THE REASON FOR THIS BLOG!!, TRUST ME YOULL THANK ME SOON ENOUGH!)
