This is a well known GPT(Get Paid To) program. They offer a structured program that "guarentees a same day pay out.  I have actually tried this program, but do have a friend who swears by it, so Im posting it anyway.
From what I understand, you have to be very organized, as to remembering the dates each trial offer expires, as not to have you credit card charged. (Yes, this program requires a REAL credit card, no prepaids allowed.)
So if you are one of those kind of people this program is great for you. This is one of the more popular survey/ get paid to sites.  I?ve been a member for a while now, and just received a payment.  Honestly, the amount they pay you for surveys sucks, but they send a lot of " get paid to read " emails, that if you dont mind clicking each one, does add up. 
The cash out amount is set to $20.00, which isn't hard to reach.  I probably would have been paid out much sooner but I was on a long quest..lol..of sorting out the sites that REALLY pay, and the ones that make you run around in circles.
